What are your payment terms? / How can I pay?
We offer flexible and secure international payment methods to suit your needs, including:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Wire): Most common. Typically requires a deposit 30%
L/C (Letter of Credit): We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight from reputable banks. (Specify if you have preferences like specific issuing banks).
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is typically 1x 20ft container, or 27 tons. However, we understand new business needs and may offer flexible MOQ options, especially for sample orders or new product trials. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What is your typical production lead time?
Our standard production lead time after receiving deposit and confirmed order is approximately 15-30 working days for a standard container load. Lead time can vary depending on: Order quantity and complexity, Current factory schedule, Specific customization requirements. We will always provide a confirmed lead time upon order confirmation.
How do you ship orders, and what are the costs?
We offer both FOB and CIF terms, with CIF being our recommended solution for most clients. Why? With CIF, we handle the entire process—from export customs clearance to ocean freight and insurance—delivering your goods smoothly to your destination port. This saves you the complexity of coordinating logistics overseas. Shipping costs vary based on destination, order volume, and market rates, but we’ll provide a transparent quote with your order confirmation.
What quality certifications do you hold?

How do I place an order? What is the process?
The typical order process is straightforward:
Inquiry: Contact us via email/website form with your product requirements.
Quotation: We provide a detailed proforma invoice (PI) with price, specs, payment terms, lead time, etc.
Confirmation & Deposit: You confirm the PI and make the agreed deposit payment.
Production: We start production upon deposit clearance.
Pre-shipment Inspection (Optional): Arrange if required.
Balance Payment & Shipping: You pay the balance as per terms, we arrange shipment and provide shipping documents.
Delivery: Goods arrive at the destination port/address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the Bill of Lading (B/L) number and the shipping line's details. You can use this B/L number to track the vessel's progress on the shipping line's website (Maersk, COSCO, MSC) or popular tracking platforms. We will also keep you updated on key milestones.
What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect order:
Document: Immediately take clear photos/videos of the damage, packaging, and shipping marks (within 3-7 days of delivery).
Notify: Contact us and your freight forwarder/insurance company promptly with the evidence and a detailed description.
Investigation: We will work with you and the shipping company to investigate the claim.
Resolution: Depending on the investigation outcome and our terms, we will work towards a fair solution, which may include replacement parts, compensation, or other agreed remedies.
